Nicovij

About

Nicovij is a purchasing and service organisation in the hardware and tools industry, representing the common interests of over 100 affiliated members in the Netherlands. I supported the organisation with its digital transformation; guiding, directing and supporting the marketing department. Development of templates for newsletters, social media. Design, optimisation and development of member websites.

Key Accomplishments 

Development and delivery of new revenue model and revenue stream. Setting up an online marketing organisation and infrastructure so that Nicovij can produce online marketing materials themselves (social media, newsletters and website content and website campaigns).
